Basics of Mineral Rights Laws & Title Insurance

| $10The purpose of this 1-hour CE course will be to discuss the basic mineral rights laws and how title insurance is affected, and the role of the title policy. Lunch provided.
Class will begin promptly at 11:30am, and you must be present at that time to receive credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must present a valid ID at time of check-in.
