Legal Update I

POSTPONED: In light of recent circumstances, current education classes and events have been postponed for a minimum of 30 days. We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to this brief hold if warranted. 

This non-elective continuing education course covers various changes in regulations, real estate industry standards, TREC statute and rule updates, as well as promulgated contracts and addenda forms. In addition it will also review existing laws and new case studies among many other industry specific legislation that may effect the real estate transaction or process. Lunch will be provided.

Class will begin promptly at 10am, and you must be present at that time to receive credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must be prepared to present a valid ID at time of check-in.
