Texas Title Insurance Commitments

| $10This course will review the basics of Texas Title Insurance Commitments so Realtors will be able to help their clients read the Commitment and prepare for the closing at the title company. This class will include a description of how the commitment is prepared, and a review of the various schedules of the commitment. After attending this course, a Realtor will know (1) key elements of the commitment that need to be reviewed immediately upon receipt and (2) what the title company needs and expects from the Realtor and their client so that the closing will run smoothly. Lunch provided.
