| $25This non-elective Legal I CE course covers various changes in regulations, real estate industry standards, TREC statute and rule updates, changes to promulgated contract and addenda forms, a review of existing laws and new case studies, etc… Lunch provided.
Class will begin promptly at 10am, and you must be present at that time to receive credit. In addition, per new TREC rules, you must present a valid ID at time of check-in.
