For some, that probably gave you a warm feeling inside; for others, you just had a moment of pure panic because of the long list of things you have to do, but don’t fret because we are here to help. If you haven’t gotten around to taking your kids to see Santa this year or you’re not sure where to go, we have created a list of our favorite and DFW’s best Santas to make your decision a little easier.

5. Galleria Dallas — North Dallas
This Santa is great and you really can’t beat the location. The mall has an indoor play place close to Santa’s Village, which makes it a great distraction while waiting. Also, the Galleria is home to great shopping, a massive 95ft Christmas tree, an indoor skating rink and plenty of food options as well. You really can make a day of it with your family and everyone will be happy. Santa is available from November 17-December 24, 2017Check their website for more details and times.

4. Bass Pro Shop — Garland & Grapevine
This Santa experience features games, crafts a carousel and much more!  You will need to make sure to get your passes before your visit, but that will bring your wait time to a minimum. Also, Bass Pro is home to huge aquariums, filled with fished that your kids will love to see. Santa is available from November 11-December 24, 2017Check their website for more details and times.

3. Northpark Center — Dallas
This Santa is one of the most popular in the DFW metroplex, so plan to get a ticket early and expect a wait time during your time slot, but he is well worth it! In addition, Northpark offers story time with Santa and other fun Christmas activities like their train exhibit. Lastly, Northpark is home to some of the best shopping around, so you can definitely find some last minute gifts while you wait. 2. Sundance Square — Fort Worth
DFW can be home to some unpredictable weather, but as of late, we have a mind and bearable holiday season, which makes this outdoor Santa one of our favorites. Located in the heart of cowtown right next to the the live 65ft Christmas tree is a jolly Santa who sits atop his shiny sleigh. To visit, it is $20 cash, but the proceeds go to benefit the Fort Worth Sister Cities International Youth Program, and who doesn’t love giving back this time of year? 1. Gaylord Texan — Grapevine
The Gaylord Texan hosts Lone Star Christmas each year, which is truly a North Pole experience complete with Santa, an ice sculpture exhibit and tubing in the snow among much, much, more. Pricing starts at $30, but this is a unique holiday tradition that is worth getting to do at least once with the family.
