To help educate and strengthen business for local real estate and title professionals, Carlisle Title has launched its new Speaker Series, which will feature an eclectic variety of distinguished speakers.
Carlisle Title kicked off the Speaker Series with nationally-recognized sales keynote speaker Jeff Shore on March 8, 2017 at The Clubs of Prestonwood in Plano, Texas. Approximately 130 real estate agents from across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex came to learn innovative sales techniques and best practices from the guru himself.
Jeff Shore is a highly sought-after sales keynote speaker, author and consultant. For more than 30 years, Jeff has trained sales executives and sales teams across the globe to deliver bold sales results in various industries. He strives to not only teach people how to sell, but to change their mindset on how to approach sales, and ultimately become a more effective sales professional.
Jeff demonstrated the power of boldness in real estate sales by connecting with the audience through real-world situations and captivating personal stories. He explained to everyone that the key to gaining customers’ trust – especially when they are in the process of buying or selling a home – is to make it as easy as possible.
Two important messages that Jeff drove home were:
- “There’s always a beautiful answer for the more beautiful question.”
Referencing to the popular quote by E.E. Cummings, Jeff recommended getting to know the customer and their needs by asking the right question
- “Be the hero.”
Solve problems your customers don’t even know they have. Look at every angle of their situation and address any existing or potential issues. They will appreciate it!
